In this role you ensure quality at the production site in Rankweil, supporting product launches and ongoing quality activities. You will interface across projects to manage product and process approvals, audits, and issue resolution. You drive data-based improvements through KPI tracking and 8D problem-solving. You work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain manufacturing quality standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Lead a small quality-focused team during manufacturing projects
Serve as the quality interface for project-related issues at the production site
Be responsible for internal product and process approvals
Conduct internal audits and support customer audits
Coordinate and manage internal complaints using 8D methodology
Carry out statistical analyses and monitor KPIs
Coordinate sorting and disposal activities

Key requirements
