Responsibilities

Represent the RH brand through polished communication and professionalism
Drive customer delight and revenue via elevated product knowledge and service
Lead the team in learning RH design point of view and product assortment
Understand luxury needs to deliver the highest level of service to clients
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and servant leadership
Educate and inspire associates to reach service metrics and career goals
Establish close cross-functional relationships to improve customer experiences
Identify and resolve complex priorities and performance trends, driving operational improvements

Key requirements

4+ years in a customer-facing role, 1+ year leadership preferred
Proficiency with Mac or Dell operating systems, knowledge of PC applications and order management software
Commitment to quality with detail-oriented service
Strong multitasking, flexibility, problem solving with cross-functional partnerships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy with ability to energize others
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
