In this Technical Product Owner role, you guide digital and technology product initiatives to deliver value for USAA members. You’ll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape product vision, translate objectives into roadmaps, and steer discovery, prioritization, and delivery. You’ll drive data-driven decisions, manage risks, and advocate for high-impact solutions that enhance member experiences. Responsibilities

Identify opportunities using market and data insights to shape roadmaps
Translate needs into epics and features and drive execution strategy
Lead discovery with stakeholders across Business, UX, Technology, Ops, Marketing
Develop business cases to defend investments and communicate value
Monitor product performance against KPIs/KRIs and share best practices
Coordinate discovery, development, delivery, and validation activities with cross-functional teams
Conduct industry research to apply best practices and trends
Guide team through ambiguity and align on big-picture solutions and execution plans

Key requirements

8+ years Digital/Technology Product Management experience (or 6+ with Advanced degree)
Comprehensive knowledge of technology/digital products and data analysis
Ability to present complex concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Advanced Experience in a SAFe environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
