Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into product initiatives (epics, features) and develop multi-year roadmaps
Lead discovery with stakeholders and SMEs to define requirements and delivery strategy
Build and defend business cases to secure funding and guide prioritization
Drive investments through KPI/KRI analysis and performance reporting
Prepare clear communications for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
Coordinate discovery, development, and validation activities, mitigating risks and dependencies
Mentor team members and serve as escalation point for issues
Ensure risks align with risk and compliance policies and controls

Key requirements

8+ years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, UX, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing
Advanced SAFe environment experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or 4 years of relevant education/experience)
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Experience in regulated industries (financial services, banking, insurance) or military context preferred
US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner is a plus
