As a Solution Engineer, you will present Salesforce’s product architecture to prospects, address technical objections, and map solutions to client needs. You’ll craft tailored demos for buyers across business and IT, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and stay current with product and sales training. In Spain’s Commercial Business, you’ll help position Salesforce as the preferred tech partner. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping customer outcomes and advancing Salesforce’s AI-driven CRM strategy.

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and position Salesforce solutions as the preferred choice
Create and deliver customized demos to mid- to senior-management across business and IT
Demonstrate understanding of customer technology relative to Salesforce solutions
Respond to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs to progress Salesforce in the bidding process
Participate in ongoing product, sales, and procedural training to stay up-to-date and Salesforce-certified
Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management

Key requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish
Passion for the transformative power of technology
Drive for continued learning and development
Ability to decipher unique business requirements and present compelling solutions in IT and business language
Creative problem-solving skills
Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Collaborative and adaptable team player
Self-starter with effective time and priority management skills
3+ years of experience in a similar role or an industry-related background
Salesforce Certifications (optional, but preferred)
Willing and able to travel occasionally
