In this role you will own cross-domain initiatives and help steer architectural direction for a cloud-native, SaaS platform. You will collaborate with senior engineers, architects and product/operations leads to plan, estimate, and deliver strategic programs. As a technical role model, you will drive high-quality engineering practices, boost delivery predictability, and raise the domain's technical maturity. You will work on large-scale, data-intensive systems that power millions of customer interactions and shape the future of digital health and insurance products. This is an opportunity to influence technology decisions at CTO-level scope while mentoring multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Drive multi-quarter, cross-domain initiatives and support planning, estimation, and technical alignment
Lead technical grooming for complex features and guide story preparation for domain work
Shape and communicate technical proposals (RFCs) and navigate CTO-level decisions
Provide domain-specific architectural guidance and assess integration impacts
Independently design and develop high-quality features while improving domain quality (logging, error handling, docs, API clarity)
Maintain engineering discipline with DoR/DoD, avoid unaligned refactoring, and ensure clear docs
Achieve high delivery predictability (90-100% estimation accuracy) and manage unplanned work within capacity
Mentor engineers across teams to elevate technical capabilities and cross-domain collaboration
