Responsibilities

Lead SAP Basis and integration domains, optimize operating model, provide technical guidance and escalation support
Manage external service providers, collaborate with partners and internal teams for a global SAP environment
Lead SAP projects, define scope, budgets and timelines; supervise tests and pilots as SME for SAP architecture, integration and Basis
Define and document end-to-end SAP architecture, system landscape, data flows and security requirements; develop roadmaps
Ensure stability, scalability and availability of the global SAP landscape, including cloud redundancy and DR
Oversee SAP lifecycle management, patching, and release strategies; monitor in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Architectural and operational support for Orion's integration landscape; maintain legacy PI/PO and transition to CPI/Integration Suite
Collaborate with Cyber Security CoE to define SAP security standards, authentication and SSO

Key requirements

Degree in information technology with several years of SAP architecture experience in international environments
Hands-on SAP Basis and integration expertise (PI/PO, CPI, Integration Suite), BTP, Fiori, DRC, HANA
Knowledge of SAP lifecycle management, OS management, monitoring, upgrades to S/4, and end-to-end tech management
Operational experience in legacy PI/PO and modern BTP/CPI environments, migration planning, iFlows
Experience with SAP and non-SAP integrations; CRM integrations (Salesforce) with BTP a plus
Cloud architecture experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure; familiarity with SAP Concur, SuccessFactors, AD and BW is desirable
SAP certifications valued; certifications in Basis, HANA and BTP considered a strong advantage
Strong English fluency (C1) and willingness to travel occasionally
