As Lead Product Manager, you will define the strategy and drive the execution of ancillary upsells, add-ons, dynamic packages, and travel offerings within the purchase experience. You’ll work across engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and clients to deliver scalable, high-impact ecommerce products. You’ll mentor other product managers and align initiatives with business and market needs. This role combines fan experience with technical excellence to enable growth and meaningful fan journeys. A key hook is shaping purchase experiences at scale for a global audience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize the product strategy for upsells and ancillary offerings in line with company objectives
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across dependencies (engineering, design, marketing, CRM, legal, operations)
  • Mentor and develop other product managers within the team
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to build scalable purchase solutions
  • Own go-to-market planning and stakeholder alignment for launches
  • Analyze feature performance and drive optimization and innovation
  • Communicate vision, roadmap, and status to leadership and partners
  • Navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities across the enterprise
  • Build relationships with global stakeholders including clients and marketing teams
  • Develop business cases, competitive analyses, and operational documentation

Key requirements

  • 7-10 years in product management in technology-focused businesses
  • Expertise in B2C ecommerce, purchase flows, upsell strategies, dynamic packaging, travel integrations
  • Advanced knowledge of scalable architectures and agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage large-scale initiatives
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
