As Lead Product Manager in CPM, you drive end-to-end product lifecycle across global teams to build scalable social game experiences. You shape strategy, roadmaps, and data-driven decisions to meet player needs at scale. You guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and launches that enhance engagement. This role offers visibility to executives and meaningful influence on a portfolio of social games.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of multi-area products across global teams
  • Write and consult on product specifications; address design challenges for interoperability and scale
  • Lead research strategy and base decisions on in-depth data analysis
  • Develop customer insights through strong empathy and identify needs to shape roadmaps
  • Coordinate Product Managers across multiple products and set clear, measurable objectives
  • Guide teams to deliver the product vision and strategy to stakeholders
  • Monitor roadmap progress and partner with product marketing for launches

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer products
  • Experience in consumer mobile or game development preferred but not required
  • Ability to build wireframes, product specs, and white papers
  • Experience with leading dynamic applications and multivariate testing
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills; SQL querying is a strong plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present to the executive team
  • Passion for games and creating engaging user experiences
  • Excellent written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to set measurable goals and provide industry/competitor insights
  • Experience coordinating large-scale projects with central teams
