In this role you will lead cloud partner marketing across EMEA, focusing on AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable pipeline. You’ll translate the global cloud partner strategy into regional programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enable field execution while aligning with the global plan. The position hinges on balancing regional priorities with global objectives to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced growth. You’ll optimize and govern regional programs, delivering impact through data-driven insights and iterative testing.

Responsibilities
- Adapt global cloud partner marketing strategy into an EMEA-focused plan and local program execution
- Own regional budgets and MDF programs, govern timelines, and manage stakeholders
- Collaborate with EMEA cloud partner sales, field marketing, campaigns, product marketing, and operations to enable joint plans
- Drive regional program execution across multiple countries/time zones with clear activation frameworks
- Align with global teams on priorities, assets, and reporting to deliver regionally relevant programs
- Manage performance across engagement, conversions, pipeline, and ROI for partner-sourced and partner-influenced activity
- Generate insights, run test-and-learn optimizations, and recommend new initiatives based on data and feedback
Key requirements
- Proven experience in cloud ecosystems and partner motions (co-sell, marketplace, channel/community) and lifecycle marketing
- Experience building and executing joint marketing plans with cloud ecosystem partners and influencing outcomes
- Experience using AI-driven marketing tools to automate reporting, scale content localization, and improve productivity
- Independent, strategic self-starter with ability to build rapport and drive execution in a matrixed organization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across cultures and geographies
- Comfort with marketing operations and reporting tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Asana) with support from Marketing Operations
- Willingness to travel within EMEA (approx. 10-20%)
- Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a strong plus
