In this role, you will lead the global partner marketing strategy for top GSI partners, shaping programs and plans that drive demand and pipeline. You will collaborate with marketing leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams to implement measurable, cross-regional campaigns aligned to business goals. You’ll build joint value propositions and assets, scale regional execution, and continuously optimize programs based on data insights. This is a strategic, impact-focused opportunity to mature Dynatrace’s alliance marketing while enabling growth across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Define global marketing strategies and joint plans for key partners to drive adoption and measurable outcomes
  • Curate joint value propositions and standard assets (e.g., sales sheets, briefs, decks) for Strategic Alliances
  • Design and activate joint communications, demand generation, and thought leadership with regional teams
  • Operationalize programs by managing budgets, stakeholder relationships, and cross-team collaboration for efficient execution
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to amplify GSI presence in campaigns, programs, and events
  • Track, report, and optimize program performance with data-driven insights and feedback loops

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of partner/alliance marketing experience in B2B software/high tech/SaaS with a track record of measurable results
  • excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • ability to work across time zones and travel ~30%
  • fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • familiarity with marketing automation and mar tech tools (Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Zift, Asana)
