In this role you drive the global partner marketing strategy for Dynatrace’s largest GSI partners, shaping joint plans and integrated programs. You will collaborate with marketing leaders, partner counterparts, and cross-functional teams to enable global and regional execution that delivers measurable pipeline impact. You influence adoption and outcomes by defining objectives, KPIs, and assets like value propositions and sales materials. The role offers the chance to mature our strategic alliance marketing, scale partner programs, and work across time zones with a growth-minded team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies to support joint business plans and define target partner audiences with clear objectives and measurement
  • Create and maintain joint value propositions and a standard BOM including sales materials
  • Design joint communications, demand generation, and thought leadership programs activated by regional teams
  • Manage budgets and nurture relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and amplification of GSI campaigns
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive partner programs across campaigns, programs, and events
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure alliance success
  • Track and optimize program performance using data to drive improvements and new initiatives

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of partner/alliance marketing experience in B2B software/high tech/SaaS with a proven track record
  • Degree-level education preferred in Marketing (ideally); otherwise knowledge of marketing disciplines
  • Deep understanding of partner programs, lifecycle marketing, and digital engagement
  • Experience working with large partners, preferably GSIs, shaping strategy and programs
  • Independent, flexible self-starter with strategic outlook and growth mindset; strong relationship-building
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and martech such as Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Zift, Asana
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~30%) and ability to work across time zones
  • Fluency in English; other languages beneficial
