Responsibilities

Coordinate mechanical installations with other disciplines
Model mechanical installations in 3D using Revit
Incorporate constructability, accessibility and maintainability into the model for accurate construction
Coordinate and clash‑check mechanical design with other disciplines

Key requirements

5–10 years relevant work experience
German proficiency fluent is a MUST
Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering (HIT-E acceptable as part of the degree background) but minimum of a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering

excellent communicator 3D modelling in Revit multidisciplinary coordination clash detection and resolution constructability, accessibility and maintainability considerations
