Responsibilities

Develop and manage firmware projects from concept through completion
Lead and mentor a team of firmware engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with hardware/software
Optimize firmware for efficiency and performance
Drive innovation in firmware processes and tools
Troubleshoot complex firmware issues
Maintain documentation and follow industry standards
Interface with customers to gather requirements and provide technical support
Evaluate new technologies and methodologies
Ensure firmware meets regulatory and compliance requirements
