Responsibilities

Lead and develop an international consolidation and financial controlling team
Own and improve group consolidation and financial close processes
Ensure accurate IFRS and APMM GAAP accounting across complex areas (FX, leases, provisions, impairments, business combinations)
Act as primary liaison for external auditors and manage audit planning and remediation
Identify and mitigate financial reporting risks and strengthen internal controls
Sponsor and drive group-level finance improvement and transformation initiatives
Provide clear, decision-useful financial insights to senior finance and business stakeholders
Drive consistent reporting standards, governance, and best practices across the organisation
Operate effectively in deadline-driven reporting environments with high quality expectations

Key requirements

Strong leadership experience in international finance or controlling
Deep IFRS expertise with a pragmatic, business-focused approach
High ownership, control awareness, and sound judgement
Proven ability to operate under tight deadlines in consolidation and reporting
Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders
