In this role you will lead and coordinate the engineering team for Nacelle and Engine Build Up programs, driving new designs and improvements to existing ones. You will interface with customers and senior staff, manage program budgets and resources, and ensure timely engineering deliverables for qualification, certification, and production. You will tackle design changes to address supply chain challenges and support internal investigations of field issues. This position offers impact across cross-functional teams and a chance to shape aerospace programs at scale.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage cross-functional, product-focused programs
Lead program interfaces with partners, suppliers, customers, and internal functions
Plan and manage resources and budgets for the program
Serve as engineering lead and program focal
Plan and execute engineering deliverables for qualification, certification, and production of nacelle hardware
Prioritize and communicate plans to domestic and global teams to support requirements
Support monthly Engineering Operations reviews with variance analyses, risk abatement, and forecast updates
Manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and assess critical paths
Develop action plans to respond to issues and problems

Key requirements

Bachelor in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience
Eligibility for U.S. Person status under export control requirements (or compliant exception)

Strong oral and written communication Interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to influence others and lead small teams Experience leading technical programs in the Aerospace industry Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Strong capabilities in program planning, budgeting, and resource management
