In this role you drive the design and delivery of modern software solutions, combining hands-on development with technical leadership. You guide architecture and implementation across web applications, APIs, and backend services within an Agile, cross-functional environment. You shape best practices, ensure delivery quality, and mentor teammates to remove obstacles. You engage with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical plans, delivering high-performing, secure experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, and enhancement of web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and actionable plans
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs to support secure, high-performing functionality
- Manage code quality through reviews, debugging, and defect resolution while promoting standards
- Oversee sprint planning, work items, and issue tracking with Jira and GitHub in an Agile Scrum setup
- Support testing and optimization efforts, including A/B testing to improve product performance
- Contribute to front-end integration and responsive behavior using Ajax as needed
- Mentor developers, provide technical direction, and remove delivery obstacles throughout the lifecycle
Key requirements
- Strong experience with .NET technologies, C#, and Blazor
- Ability to guide best practices in a collaborative Agile environment
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Experience leading architecture and development teams
- Familiarity with Jira and GitHub in Agile Scrum
- Experience with testing/optimization approaches such as A/B testing
- Frontend integration experience with web technologies
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical plans
