In this role you lead the development of high-performance, custom memory and datapath blocks for cutting-edge compute-in-memory SRAM. You’ll steer specifications, verification, and production-grade sign-off while guiding a team of engineers across digital, memory, and analog domains. You work on advanced nodes down to 5 nm, tackling reliability, variability, and low-power challenges in FinFET/FDSOI processes. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes next-generation memory solutions within a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Define specifications, PPA targets, verification depth, and quality standards for SRAM variants and custom blocks
Develop and verify memory/datapath subsystems (sense amps, data drivers, multipliers, adders, register files, FSMs)
Address variation, stability, noise/IR drop, reliability, and low-power behavior in FinFET/FDSOI
Define clean digital boundaries and timing budgets for mixed-signal integration
Plan bring-up, build characterization benches, analyse ATE data, publish correlation and errata with resolutions
Specify and validate redundancy/repair schemes, collaborate with DFT, sign off on production test plans
Co-plan floorplans, review extraction, address EM/IR issues early in design
Mentor designers, conduct reviews, enforce checklists, and enhance automation for regressions and collateral generation

Key requirements

MS or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or related field) with 7+ years in custom digital, memory, or analog design
End-to-end ownership of production-grade functional blocks including sign-off and silicon correlation
Strong knowledge of high-performance and low-power circuit design on FinFET nodes (stability, variation, leakage, performance)
Experience leading a team and coordinating with layout, digital, backend, DFT, and test teams
Strong communication, documentation, and quality-focused mindset
