You will streamline processes, reduce risk, and collaborate across sales, product, and finance to support rapid growth with enterprise customers. Your work will shape data privacy, security, IP, and regulatory actions while managing outside counsel as needed. Responsibilities

Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to scale the legal function
Draft, negotiate, and close complex SaaS and commercial agreements
Work with GTM leadership to accelerate deal velocity with practical guidance
Design and implement scalable legal processes and deal tools
Advise on data privacy, security, IP, and regulatory matters
Manage outside counsel relationships and projects as needed

Key requirements

J.D. and 5+ years of legal experience
Experience owning and closing complex SaaS and technology transactions
Fluency with data privacy and security frameworks
Builder mindset with strong business judgment
Clear, concise communication across sales, product, finance, and executives
Thrives in high-growth, hands-on environments
