In this role you lead the backend for a fast-growing Parisian Edtech SaaS. You partner with the VP Engineering to shape technical strategy and scale the backend while guiding the team. You will implement best practices, drive architectural decisions, and contribute to recruiting efforts. This is a hands-on leadership position with real impact on product quality, performance and growth in a scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

Pilot le backend de la solution SaaS et garantir les bonnes pratiques
Diriger l'équipe backend et participer au recrutement
Proposer des décisions techniques et architecture
Collaborer avec le VP Engineering et le CTO sur l'environnement backend et son évolution
Contribuer à la culture engineering et à la qualité du code

Key requirements

4 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement web
Maîtrise parfaite de Ruby on Rails
Expérience en SaaS et en management d'équipe
Passionné par les bonnes pratiques et les défis techniques
Force de proposition et autonomie dans un contexte startup
