As Lead AI Deployment Architect, you design, deploy, and scale AI solutions on the Celonis Process Intelligence platform for customers. You work in pre- and post-sales contexts, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to standardize offerings at scale. You’ll prototype AI solutions, identify scalable use cases, and guide AI roadmap for Lighthouse customers. You translate complex concepts for stakeholders and help teams deploy end-to-end deployments that combine AI, PI, and automation. This role blends technical leadership with customer-facing execution in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to customers and align solutions with their AI strategy
Prototype, develop, deploy and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs (ML and LLM-based)
Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform
Collect and share AI success stories internally and with customers
Lead execution on the roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers
Collaborate with Product & Engineering and Business Apps teams to inform product development
Train internal teams and help position and deploy AI solutions
Design and architect end-to-end deployments that encompass AI, PI & Automation

Key requirements

Experience in an analytical or customer-facing role delivering business data analysis, process improvement or software deployment
Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Python
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for non-technical stakeholders
Experience in production-level acceptance testing and delivering end-to-end solutions
Visionary architectural mindset for scalable, extensible solutions
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field
