Laboratory Analyst

In this role, you will perform diverse laboratory analyses on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products to support quality, safety and compliance. You will work closely with the Coordinator to deliver timely, accurate results and contribute to the company’s food safety programs. The role involves data entry, CoA creation, equipment calibration, and cross-training to back up lab functions, all while promoting a zero-incident safety culture. You will participate in HACCP and prerequisite programs, helping to uphold product integrity at scale.
