In this senior role, you own the Employment KM function and drive strategic, cross-border knowledge initiatives. You will lead content strategy, GenAI-enabled innovations, and client-facing KM work aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives. The position sits within the Employment practice and collaborates with international teams, IT, BD/marketing, and leadership to elevate knowledge sharing and thought leadership. You will shape resources, train lawyers and clients, and engage senior leaders to allocate resources. This is a high-impact role for someone who blends legal insight with knowledge management and innovation.

Responsibilities

Formulate and continuously refine the Employment KM plan with leadership input
Design and execute KM projects that improve efficiency and knowledge sharing
Develop Employment-specific GenAI workflows, prompts, and resources
Engage with clients on GenAI use cases and KM capabilities
Curate Employment forms, precedents, and knowledge assets
Monitor and analyze Employment law developments, including cross-border
Track market trends and identify opportunities for thought leadership
Draft and manage Employment-focused client alerts and articles
Coordinate cross-border Employment projects with international colleagues
Enhance collaboration across Employment lawyers, offices, and jurisdictions
Create and deliver training programs for attorneys and clients
Represent the Knowledge Department in the Employment practice
Collaborate with innovation, IT, BD/marketing, and international knowledge teams
Interface with senior firm leadership on KM strategy and resource allocation
Perform additional duties as required

Key requirements

JD from ABA-accredited law school
Admission to state bar
10+ years in Employment Law with KM and legal practice innovation experience
