Responsibilities
- solve core business problems through end-to-end supply chain transformation
- assess and design Kinaxis solutions to meet business requirements
- prototype and detail complex solution designs while factoring nonfunctional requirements
- oversee design and implementation of supply chain solutions
- conduct assessments to identify client vulnerabilities
- contribute to expanding the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio
- manage business development to deliver innovative client solutions
- apply technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support sales
- lead the design and implementation of supply chain processes, operating models, and technical solutions
- challenge old ways of doing things
- manage Kinaxis teams and serve as chief planner/architect for Kinaxis delivery
Key requirements
- strong experience in scoping and delivering transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions (preferably Kinaxis)
- strong Kinaxis Rapid Response platform understanding
- ability to design enterprise integration solutions considering platform strengths/weaknesses
- experience with agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies
- knowledge of optimization strategies, integration models, and database structures for at least one SCM planning platform (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, O9)
- experience with organizational change, client partnership, and value delivery
- experience on supply chain transformation projects
- excellent leadership and communication skills; fluent in English
- evidence of leading Kinaxis solutions as product owner/solution consultant
- ability to work in multicultural/multiskilled environments
- desire to work in information systems environment
- problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
