Responsibilities
- Solve key business problems by enabling end-to-end supply chain transformation from current to future state
- Assess and recommend Kinaxis solution design to meet business requirements; prototype and detail design for complex needs
- Ensure nonfunctional requirements for supportability, issue resolution, robustness, scalability and user adoption
- Oversee the design and implementation of supply chain solutions and processes
- Orchestrate assessments to identify vulnerabilities in the client’s current state
- Develop and expand the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership
- Manage business development opportunities and introduce innovative ways of working
- Build and apply cross-functional knowledge to support selling opportunities; ensure market relevance
- Lead design and implementation of supply chain process, operating model, and technical solutions
- Be ready to challenge established ways of thinking
- Manage medium to large Kinaxis delivery teams and serve as chief planner/architect for Kinaxis delivery initiatives
Key requirements
- Strong experience scoping and delivering transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions, preferably in Kinaxis
- Solid knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse platform
- Ability to design enterprise integration solutions considering platform strengths/weaknesses
- Experience with agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of optimization strategies and integration model/database structure for at least one SCM planning platform (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, O9)
- Experience in organizational change, delivering creative solutions and partnering with clients to ensure value
- Experience on supply chain transformation projects
- Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication; fluent in English
- Evidence of leading Kinaxis solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or solution consultant
- Ability to work in multicultural/multiskilled environments and provide objective perspectives
