You model Torrid’s connection through strong selling and service, ensuring a clean, inviting store and effective merchandise execution. You may act as Manager on Duty in the absence of store leadership and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities
- Support management to achieve store KPIs
- Demonstrate selling skills and customer service to cultivate loyalty
- Assist with merchandise strategy and maintain a welcoming store environment
- Process transactions and drive add-on sales with product knowledge
- Act as Manager on Duty when management is unavailable
- Maintain flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
Key requirements
- Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales performance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer experience
- Flexibility to adapt to changing retail conditions and schedules
- Fashion awareness and staying current with trends
