As a Key Account Manager in the Aerospace division, you drive revenue growth by managing strategic clients and developing long-term partnerships. You will identify new business opportunities across multiple technologies and translate them into tangible results, while coordinating with global teams to deliver projects through all supply chain channels. You will promote the company’s technology portfolio to strengthen relationships and expand the Aerospace footprint. This role combines technical insight, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on sustainable, connected solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Expand portfolio and revenue across assigned Focus Accounts
  • Develop and convert new business opportunities across multiple technologies
  • Coordinate delivery and implementation with global teams across direct, EMS, and distribution channels
  • Champion the full range of technologies to strengthen client relationships in Aerospace
  • Advance long-term partnerships and revenue growth with strategically important clients

Key requirements

  • Degree in Electronics or a related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager within a multinational organisation in the Aerospace industry
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven success in building strong client relationships and achieving business growth
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Willing to travel up to 60% across the DACH region
  • Background in semiconductors or electronics is a strong plus
