In this role you will lead end-to-end program management for Sustainability and Corporate initiatives, aligning IT, business, and corporate teams. You’ll shape governance, planning, and delivery of strategic programs across Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, and Health & Safety. The position sits at the crossroads of strategy and execution, driving scalable governance and proactive coordination with senior stakeholders. You’ll enable long-term transformation while delivering immediate value and efficiency. This is a high-impact opportunity within a global luxury group that values sustainability and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program management across Sustainability and Corporate initiatives from framing to delivery
Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Business, IT, and Corporate support functions
Define and maintain program governance, steering routines, risk management, and reporting
Ensure strategic continuity and alignment with long-term objectives while enabling short-term delivery
Anticipate regulatory, operational, and organizational needs to enable proactive planning
Identify opportunities for process optimization, resource efficiency, and cost rationalization
Serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders with clear progress, risks, and impact visibility
Contribute to a scalable program management framework reusable across domains
Support domain budget forecasting and monitoring (POs and invoices)
Manage domain resources with clear goals and objectives

Key requirements

Around 10 years of experience in program or project management in complex, international organizations
Fluency in English and French mandatory; Italian a plus
Experience or interest in sustainability and ESG topics
Ability to operate in cross-functional environments with Business and IT stakeholders
Proven capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with structure and prioritization
Strong governance, coordination, and stakeholder management with influence without authority
Clear, confident communicator able to synthesize complexity for senior leadership
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented with strong ownership
