In this role you support the Supply Chain Audit Department by turning data into actionable insights that track KPIs and drive improvements. You collaborate with stakeholders to prepare reports and dashboards, maintain supplier data quality, and ensure information is readily available for key decisions. You will help manage audit-related projects and adapt processes to evolving supply chain challenges, contributing to a high-integrity, data-driven environment. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams within a globally influential luxury group.

Responsibilities

Prepare up-to-date reports, presentations, and documents (PPT, Excel, PowerBI) and identify key KPIs
Enter and maintain supplier data with a focus on data quality
Analyze macro and micro data from diverse sources to generate improvement insights
Serve as a link between stakeholders for information needs and updates
Create and maintain documentation and reports for stakeholders
Manage data to ensure on-demand information for main stakeholders
Support various Department projects to achieve the Group Target Process for Audit activities

Key requirements

Bachelor in STEM or Economics or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Teamwork, multitasking, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Detail-oriented and highly accurate; proactive with problem-solving
Quick learner of new tools and platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of R (R-studio) and PowerBI a plus
Awareness of Agile methodologies or experience in cross-functional projects a plus
Experience reading economic-corporate reports (D&B, Bureau Van Dijk) a plus
Italian native speaker; fluent English; French a plus
