As Regional Sector Head, you will shape the strategy and agenda for regional sector development in lockstep with key stakeholders across functions and business units. You will drive sector growth by executing the regional sector plan and overseeing MNC customer performance. You will lead multiple teams, foster sector development, and collaborate with global and regional functions to deliver profitable growth. This role offers the chance to influence market direction, lead cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen the sector community within the business unit.

Responsibilities

Deliver regional sector volume growth and GP achievement for MNC customers within the region
Oversee overall performance of all MNC customers in the sector for the region
Lead and develop regional teams of MNC GCMs and RCMs; manage allocation and performance
Drive succession planning, training, and coaching for MNC GCMs/RCMs
Collaborate with global sector leadership, regional M&S, product teams, and other functions to drive profitable growth
Define and communicate sector strategy aligned with business objectives and policies
Build a sector community across BUs; solicit feedback to improve sector development
Drive sector initiatives and ROI-aligned network investments
Monitor industry intelligence and competitor activity; feed insights into strategy
Define sector marketing plan; tailor plans by channels and sub-sectors
Identify sector trends and co-create innovative solutions with stakeholders
Benchmark value proposition against execution and customer expectations; drive innovation
Guide RFQ process and provide support as needed
Manage sector bid calendar and communicate with stakeholders through commercial leads
Contribute to annual budget and monitor performance against budget
Provide regional sales collateral for sector activities
Support global and regional customer events; engage senior customers
Develop 1–5 year plans for organization and talent optimization

Key requirements

10+ years of experience in logistics industry
5+ years of sector knowledge
Bachelor degree
