In this role you will implement technical solutions and provide high-quality IT support across sites in a defined area, driving uptime and service quality for Amazon Operations. You will collaborate with cross-site teams to resolve issues, adapt standard practices to achieve effective results, and contribute to continuous IT improvements. The position offers hands-on experience with a mix of networking, systems administration, and hardware support in a dynamic, global logistics environment. You will help shape how IT supports fast-paced fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

Network engineering and troubleshooting in diverse software/hardware environments
Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours
Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous IT improvements
Manage local technical projects
Create and maintain IT policies, procedures, and processes
Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies
Support customers across multiple buildings and travel within the area

Key requirements

High school or equivalent diploma
2+ years of professional or military experience
2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP)
2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
Bachelor's degree, or experience in IT fields such as networking, Linux, Microsoft, or Cisco configuration/management
Valid driver's license
