In this role you will oversee critical IT streams for private banking compliance, onboarding, KYC, AML, and fraud detection. You will organize and advance application support and service operations across these streams, coordinate incident and problem management, and drive continual service improvement. You will also manage service catalogs, SLAs, risk mitigation, and global stakeholder reporting. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position shaping compliant IT services in a global bank setting.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation of critical IT streams for private banking compliance, onboarding, KYC, AML, and fraud detection
Organize and advance application support and service operations for these IT streams
Coordinate incident and problem management processes
Drive ongoing service improvement through automation and process enhancements
Conduct audits, analyze risks and response times, and ensure timely resolution
Maintain ongoing risk mitigation in IT streams
Lead continuous service improvement initiatives via automation and streamlined processes
Manage service catalog content, SLA governance, and documentation
Provide reporting to stakeholders worldwide
Handle ad hoc projects as required

Key requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
ITIL certification
Knowledge of banking processes and compliance rules (account opening, KYC, AML, KYT, fraud detection, access controls)
Professional experience in IT service management
Analytical, structured, independent work style
Team orientation and intercultural collaboration
Ability to handle deadlines and regulatory requirements
Intercultural understanding and strong communication/presentation skills
IT affinity, database knowledge
MS Office skills, especially Excel
German or French and English
