Experteer Overview
As IT Manager you will oversee the development, implementation, and governance of technology across the subsidiary, aligning local IT with the Group’s strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage IT projects, and ensure security, compliance, and efficient operation of systems. You’ll drive digital initiatives including AI adoption and RPA, while maintaining governance with corporate standards. This role offers impact through shaping IT strategy in a global, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic IT projects, defining goals, timelines, resources, and success metrics
- Design and manage tech solutions meeting business needs within corporate norms
- Oversee RPA development with central Center of Expertise
- Maintain Digital Strategy: websites, e-business, CRM, BI usage, and advanced analytics
- Ensure system operation, documentation, and asset management
- Develop IT policies (security, disaster recovery, standards) and manage deployment, maintenance, and support
- Act as GDPR IT referent and ensure compliance with information security policies
- Onboard and train new users; develop training materials and programs
- Lead AI initiatives and provide staff training on AI tools
- Manage cybersecurity alignment, risk management, MFA, secure coding, and incident response
- Coordinate with central teams for audits and certifications
- Promote cybersecurity awareness among staff and third parties
Key requirements
- 10+ years IT experience with several years in a managerial role
- Experience with international organizations
- Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL are beneficial
- Higher education in IT or Information Systems
- Proven track record in IT management and project management in international environments
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or cosmetic sectors is a plus
- Experience in IT project management and agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge of networks, systems, software development, and cybersecurity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
