Experteer Overview
As IT Directory Specialist, you secure and manage core IAM services across AT&S global operations. You will administer Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP and PKI, ensuring compliant identity and access management, certificate services, and asset lifecycle processes. You’ll work with global IT teams on proactive maintenance, incident resolution, and security-aligned access governance. This role offers growth in a multinational environment with a focus on stability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain IAM services for designated compliance environments
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP including user lifecycle, groups, roles, and access rights
- Implement and enforce least-privilege and RBAC
- Manage authentication mechanisms such as MFA, certificates, and privileged access
- Cooperate with Security, Compliance, and Audit teams on access reviews and remediation actions
- Document identity processes, standards, and operating procedures
Key requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or comparable experience
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and enterprise IAM
- Experience in regulated environments (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, or similar)
- Understanding of access governance, identity lifecycle, and security best practices
- Structured, reliable, and security-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
