In this role, you lead the ICQA team within an Amazon fulfillment center to safeguard inventory accuracy and QA. You partner with operations to enforce policies, drive continuous improvements, and ensure safe, efficient processes that support customer-obsessed fulfillment. You will analyze data, own KPI reviews, and guide teams through shift planning and problem-solving. This position offers a hands-on, high-impact environment where you shape daily operations and develop future leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of hourly Associates (including Team Leads and Data Analyst) in inventory control and QA
Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment
Coordinate inventory control, QA and problem-solving aligned with network strategies and SOX compliance
Plan shifts, allocate work, and forecast workload
Oversee process improvement projects to boost quality and productivity
Review KPIs regularly and perform quality analysis to protect inventory integrity and customer experience
Develop talent by interviewing/training FC managers and associates; mentor future leaders
Collaborate with FC operations and central teams to improve processes and resolve issues

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Experience in data analysis
Experience in MS Office (Excel)
Experience leading teams
