You will lead the commercial strategy for a coagulation-diagnostics assay developed with a pharmaceutical partner, driving readiness for launch and lifecycle management. You’ll work across diagnostics and pharma teams to align on strategy, with a strong customer- and patient-centric focus. Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy for the diagnostic assay across diagnostics and pharma divisions
- Drive operational readiness for product launch and lifecycle management
- Negotiate and manage third-party partnerships to support strategic goals
- Collaborate with global teams including R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial units
- Ensure decisions are centered on customer and patient needs
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to guide strategy
- Champion continuous improvement across product and process areas
Key requirements
- Degree in Science or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years in healthcare, ideally in diagnostics or pharma-diagnostics collaborations
- Proven leadership and influencing skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration across global teams and external stakeholders
- Strong customer and patient-centric mindset with continuous improvement
- Fluency in English
