Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role you help deliver a luxury, experiential service at the RH Gallery, collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet client design needs. You will guide walk-in clients, educate them on services, and own the client journey from first contact to delivery. You’ll grow a strong client base, support brand standards, and contribute to fiscal goals. This position sits at the crossroads of design, service, and brand storytelling, offering a chance to influence how RH shapes spaces and experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services
Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact to product delivery
Grow and maintain a strong client base
Ensure fiscal goals are achieved
Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, appearance and professionalism
Maintain a strong interest in luxury and design industry
Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery

Key requirements

Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
People and relationship driven
Strategic and mental agility
Highly organized
Collaborative
Results-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
