Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with a regional portfolio of end users, developers, property managers, consultants, and contractors; serve as primary contact for strategic accounts and drive long-term engagement.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets; pursue new client acquisition and account expansion; prepare bids and demos aligned with client goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team; set objectives and provide feedback; foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery; provide leadership insights to executives.
- Act as a subject matter expert with deep understanding of industry trends and client challenges, guiding strategy and decisions.
Key requirements
- Proven experience in solution-based sales and strategic account management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
