In this role you lead end-to-end development of complex mechatronic systems, from initiation to industrialization. You guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-tech solutions for customers in demanding industries, with a focus on time, budget, and quality. You bridge customer needs and technical execution, driving decisions and stakeholder alignment. You work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. This position offers impactful work in a dynamic, high-tech environment within Brainport and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations with the account manager and develop project plans
- Monitor schedules and budgets, track progress, and report to stakeholders
- Lead risk and scope management throughout the project lifecycle
- Direct daily activities of the project team and facilitate steering committee meetings
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, from engineers to senior management
- Ensure timely decision-making and alignment between customer needs and technical delivery
Key requirements
- 12+ years in high-tech systems development
- 8+ years in project management or team leadership
- Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary development projects including production and NPI
- Strong business acumen with ability to balance customer interests and organizational goals
- Adaptable to changing customer requirements while maintaining agreements
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
