In this role you will cover institutional capital clients to drive revenue growth across payments, lending, and advisory services. You will coordinate across Truist’s product teams to deliver tailored capital markets, banking, and advisory solutions that align with client objectives. You’ll develop strategic client plans, manage senior relationships, and expand capital deployment returns. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and deep industry knowledge to shape client outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

Maximize total product revenue and growth for portfolio clients and increase revenue quality
Generate loan opportunities and grow exposure year-over-year for assigned clients
Understand client strategy, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and success metrics
Develop strategic client plans leveraging Truist capabilities to meet objectives
Win Capital Markets and Banking solutions aligned with client goals
Facilitate introductions to product teams to discuss suitable solutions
Ensure attainable strategies for delivering return metrics on capital deployment
Handle internal client management duties as directed by manager and team

Key requirements

BA/BS degree
Licenses: Series 7 or 79, 63 and 24 for managers only
16-18 years of related work experience
Experience leading execution of a wide range of client transactions across advisory and capital raising
Advanced knowledge of industry, markets, and products
Proven ability to develop and monetize trusted advisor relationships with senior executives
Advanced analytical and technical skills with a problem-solving mindset
Excellent interpersonal style, listening skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
Strong partnering and leadership skills in a matrixed environment
