In this role you will lead the configuration and operation of centralized policy management to safeguard Freddie Mac resources. You will work within the Technology Services Group, coordinating security policy across CA Control Minder tools to protect critical systems. The position requires shift work and strong collaboration with IT peers to troubleshoot and refine security controls. You will influence policy development and incident response by maintaining secure, well-documented configurations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate CA Control Minder (PIM) and CA Access Control to enforce security policies
- Install, configure, and administer CA Control Minder; develop and refine security policies
- Troubleshoot policy/rule issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain documentation and communicate security controls and incidents; support shift-based operations
Key requirements
- 5-7 years of professional IT experience
- At least 3 years in information security
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, MIS or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of CA Control Minder (CA PIM) including installation, configuration, administration, policy development and troubleshooting
- Strong technical writing skills
