You will ensure the integrity, security, and functionality of systems and communications across ECMM and multiple units. You will work with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot access, perform upgrades, and maintain equipment. Responsibilities

Provide software and system support for DMLSS users
Troubleshoot access issues for AVHE and DMLSS systems
Deliver network and technical support across multiple mission areas
Imaging, software installation, security patching, diagnostics, and repair of laptops/desktops
Equipment inventory, compliance checks, virus scans, hot fixes, and system upgrades for DMLSS
Manage configuration analysis, development, and integration for server, laptop, desktop, and switch-based systems
Maintain and support computer hardware, land mobile radios, satellite phones, and other communication equipment
Administer networking functions, diagnose issues, update systems, and develop technical solutions
Coordinate with Base Communications and vendor support to resolve IT issues
Support documentation, reporting, and tracking of configurations and statuses
Assist with continuous improvement of IT processes and security compliance
