In this role you drive data management excellence across MCCs by overseeing SAP data migration and cutover during rollouts. You ensure data integrity and governance to support strategic initiatives like AI and ERP roadmaps, while collaborating with finance and Maisons for harmonization and cost accuracy. You lead cross-functional integration during SAP rollouts and oversee testing from design to execution. This position offers impact at the intersection of data, manufacturing, and group simplification initiatives, within a global luxury group.

Responsibilities

Manage SAP Data Migration & Cutover for MCC rollouts and ensure timely data file deliveries with defined quality standards
Establish and maintain data integrity across MCCs to support AI, UNIFAI roadmap, and S/4 roadmap
Drive data simplification and harmonization within MCCs in collaboration with Maisons
Coordinate cross-functional activities between Product and Project teams; ensure clear stakeholder communication
Lead MCC and Maison integration topics during SAP rollouts; oversee testing from process definition to test execution
Collaborate with Finance & Controlling to ensure data accuracy and consistency in costing data
Support data lifecycle governance (creation, update, end-of-life)
Contribute to the group’s simplification roadmap through data process harmonization

Key requirements

Master’s degree in supply chain, Information Systems (IS), or Data Engineering
5-7 years in digital transformation or master data management within manufacturing
Industrial controlling experience required
Proven project management (PM) track record
Strong SAP expertise: SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP eWM, and PLM, including cutover management
Fluent in English and French
Travel willingness, primarily within Switzerland
Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing flows and data’s impact on operations
