In this IAM Specialist role, you will design and operate enterprise-wide access provisioning to enforce least-privileged access. Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of access provisioning across enterprise platforms
- Apply knowledge of AD, Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle, SQL databases, file systems, and storage to enforce least privileged access
- Maintain access control policies, group structures, and RBAC models for scalable provisioning
- Collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams on access requirements
- Participate in automation to streamline provisioning/de-provisioning and integrate with IAM and HR systems
- Conduct periodic access reviews, entitlement audits, and certification campaigns
- Investigate and remediate access-related incidents with cybersecurity and risk teams
- Stay current with IAM technologies and regulatory changes to enhance the program
- Prepare metrics and recommendations for leadership and audit teams
Key requirements
- 3-5+ years in Identity and Access Management with focus on provisioning across enterprise environments
- Working knowledge of AD, Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle, SQL Server, Windows and Unix file systems, and storage platforms
- Understanding of IAM governance frameworks and RBAC, PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, HashiCorp, BeyondTrust)
- Experience with automated provisioning/de-provisioning workflows and HR system integrations (PowerShell, Python)
- Familiarity with cloud security in hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud)
- Ability to conduct access reviews, risk assessments, and address vulnerabilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong collaboration across technical and business teams
