In this role you support Global Information Security by safeguarding bank systems and customer data through IAM and RACF. You’ll administer RACF profiles, implement security rules, and troubleshoot access issues, while collaborating with stakeholders to meet compliance. The role is embedded in a fast-paced, global environment that prioritizes risk management and responsible growth. You’ll contribute to audits, upgrades, and disaster recovery exercises, delivering reliable security operations.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain RACF security profiles for users, groups, datasets and resources
- Implement, review, and update RACF rules to align with security policies and compliance requirements
- Analyze and troubleshoot RACF related security incidents and access issues
- Provide RACF support during Mainframe upgrades, migrations and disaster recovery tests
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for RACF related issues
- Develop and maintain RACF process and procedural documentation
- Coordinate with internal/external audit and compliance to ensure IAM standards adherence
Key requirements
- 3+ years of experience with IAM
- 3+ years of experience with Mainframe security administration (RACF)
- Strong knowledge of z/OS mainframe environment, TSO/ISPF, JCL and security related exits
- Excellent analytical, troubleshoot, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
