In this role you lead a fast-paced ICQA team within Amazon’s fulfillment centers to safeguard inventory integrity and support a customer-obsessed operation. You’ll partner with Operations and central teams to drive quality, safety, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and SOX. You manage shift planning, coaching, and talent development to deliver accurate fulfillment and high service levels. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strong impact on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise hourly Associates, Team Leads, and Data Analysts in inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving operations
Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment for all associates
Coordinate inventory control and QA in line with network strategies and SOX compliance
Plan shifts, forecast demand, assign and direct work
Oversee process improvement projects to boost quality and productivity
Review KPIs regularly and perform quality analyses to protect inventory integrity and customer experience
Assist in interviewing and training FC managers and associates, developing talent
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Develop your team through feedback, coaching and training needs assessment
Prepare handovers at shift change to communicate priorities and issues
Coach on accuracy and resolve inbound challenges to maintain inventory accuracy

Key requirements

Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management
Experience in data analysis and working with data sets and tools
Proficient in local language and English (spoken and written)
Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
Experience leading teams
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Ability to influence stakeholders across Ops
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
