In this role you translate global medical strategy into actionable, cross-market execution within the International Business Unit and local operating companies. You act as a scientific leader and execution partner, aligning medical activities across markets and driving KOL engagement. You collaborate across functions to ensure launch readiness and disciplined resource management. You will influence medical narratives, generate insights, and support evidence generation to inform strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

Translate global medical strategy into aligned local execution across IBU and LOCs
Lead IBU KOL engagement and translate insights into actionable plans
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate medical insights into initiatives (MCE, Market Access, R&D, GMA)
Enable LOCs with guidance and coordinated support for strategy execution
Support evidence needs and oversee evidence generation activities with Global and LOCs
Manage budgets and resources for assigned TA/products with governance
Ensure timely flow of insights and alignment of priorities across Global, IBU, LOCs

Key requirements

Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
Typically < 8+ years experience in Medical Affairs and/or clinical development in pharma/biotech with Immunology focus
