In this role you will support HR operations and administration across the employee lifecycle to ensure accurate data, compliant documentation, and smooth collaboration with global teams. You will help maintain HR systems, assist recruitment, and drive process improvements and digitalisation of HR templates. You will work closely with HR partners, recruiters, and local managers to uphold governance and deliver timely HR services. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in a global healthcare-focused environment with a focus on data integrity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
  • Prepare HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, certificates) aligned with compliance
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
  • Support recruitment activities (sourcing, pre-screening, interview coordination, candidate communication)
  • Ensure HR data integrity and assist in reports, KPIs, and dashboards for leadership
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Local HR Managers for cross-functional alignment
  • Support compliance and internal audit requirements aligned with global policies and local labour laws
  • Contribute to process improvements, standardisation, and digitalisation of HR operations/templates
  • Act as contact point for employees and line managers on predefined HR administrative matters
  • Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and enhance knowledge of global HR processes

Key requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administrative roles (internship or entry-level accepted)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and data management practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and compliance standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse, multicultural teams
  • Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented attitude with willingness to learn in a global HR environment
