As HSE Training Manager, you will design, develop and deploy SAFECOR-aligned HSEQ curricula across Airgas divisions. You will lead end-to-end training programs, collaborate with HR Center of Excellence and external experts, and produce instructor-led and online materials. Your work drives engagement, regulatory compliance and industrial safety performance. Responsibilities

Design and deploy SAFECOR HSEQ curricula across business units
Manage the SAFECOR HSEQ Training Matrix and align with Airgas University offerings
Collaborate with SMEs, HR CoE, and external vendors to develop final training products
Create learning objectives, storyboards, and course outlines with subject-matter experts
Develop instructor-led and web-based training, including translations where needed
Develop exercises, activities, and virtual simulators to boost retention
Create and apply metrics to measure learner performance and program effectiveness
Plan course schedules, prepare resources and equipment for delivery
Deliver high-quality training and mobilize training equipment as needed
Support group and SAFECOR campaigns as required

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Associate's with 7+ years
Experience developing and delivering training
Experience delivering technical training in an industrial environment
Intermediate knowledge of Google applications (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides)
