Manager / Team Leader

In this role, you partner with Retail leadership to align people strategies with store operations and business goals. You drive performance, engagement, and compliant processes across a dispersed Retail workforce. You lead organizational design, change initiatives, and talent strategies to build capability and culture. You work closely with field leaders to shape a high-impact, inclusive employee experience. You will influence decisions with data and help scale HR programs to support growth and performance.

Responsibilities

Advise Retail leadership on strategic people initiatives and organizational design improvements
Champion organizational change and process improvement; assess organizational health with leaders
Lead talent strategy including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning
Design and scale employee experience and engagement programs to improve retention
Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and conduct investigations
Oversee performance management and coaching to drive accountability and growth
Ensure compliance with evolving labor laws and mitigate risk across HR disciplines
Develop and mentor HRBP peers to ensure consistent support across the organization
Use data and analytics to track HR metrics and inform business decisions

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including retail or field-based support
Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces
Knowledge of multi-state labor laws
Willingness to travel regularly to stores and field locations
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred
